Shipping Policy

Shipping within Spain only.
All orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery normally takes 48–72 hours through our courier partners.

You will receive an email with your order confirmation. If an item is out of stock or delays occur, we will notify you immediately.

Shipping Cost: €6.20 (IVA incluido).

Delivery Areas: Península + Islas Baleares.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Ibiza Leaf is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or courier issues once the parcel is in transit.
