These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of this website and apply to all purchases made through it. By placing an order, the customer confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

3. Products

Ibiza Leaf offers dried herbal blends intended for adult use only (18+). The products:

  • contain no tobacco

  • contain no nicotine

Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes only. Ibiza Leaf does not make medical or therapeutic claims.

4. Eligibility

Purchases are permitted only for individuals aged 18 or over. By ordering, the customer confirms they meet this requirement.

5. Prices and Taxes

All prices are shown in euros (€).
Applicable taxes (including IVA, where required) are indicated during checkout.
Shipping costs are shown before order confirmation.

6. Order Process and Contract Formation

A purchase contract is formed when the customer completes checkout and receives order confirmation. Ibiza Leaf reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of error, stock unavailability, or suspected misuse.

7. Payment

Payment must be made using the methods offered at checkout. Orders are processed only once payment has been confirmed.

8. Delivery

Orders are prepared and dispatched within the estimated timeframe stated at checkout. Delivery times are indicative and depend on third-party carriers. Ibiza Leaf is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or force majeure events.

9. Returns and Claims

Any issues, shortages, or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns are accepted only if products are:

  • unopened

  • unused

  • in original condition

  • returned within 7 days

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.

10. Right of Withdrawal

Where consumer withdrawal rights apply under EU law, they may be exercised in accordance with applicable regulations. Due to the nature of sealed consumable goods, the right of withdrawal does not apply once products have been unsealed.

11. Product Use and Responsibility

Products are sold as herbal blends for adult use. The customer is responsible for lawful use and proper storage. Ibiza Leaf accepts no liability for misuse of products.

12. Limitation of Liability

Ibiza Leaf shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
